“Beautiful hotel and helpful staff”

Beautiful hotel and incredibly helpful staff. Leonardo greeted me upon arrival and continued to provide impeccable service throughout my 4 day visit. Sonya in the spa was very calming and friendly. All of the breakfast staff were helpful and provided delicious food. My only disappointment was the lobby bar/lounge was closed every evening for special events.

“Amazing experience”

The hotel was lovely. The meals were good and interesting. Most importantly the employees were very kind and attentive, specially Ruben, Carlos, Gaby and Leo. The artwork was beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. All and all it was a great experience and I hope to stay there every time we go to Panama.

“The best in Panama City”

From start to finish the Bristol proved to be the best choice. I called the hotel directly to make the reservation a few weeks beforehand and I had the pleasant surprise to be upgraded as we arrived. Shortly after stepping into our wonderful room, a plate of delicious fruits was delivered to welcome us. The hotel, the room, the furniture, everything is in excellent condition and immaculately clean. The staff is the best!! Always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast is splendid and we had dinner once at the hotel restaurant which was excellent. Only regret is to have stayed only two nights!
